The Central girls wrestling team went 0-6 in duals at the East vs. West Dual Tournament in Fort Dodge last week.

The Warriors lost to Ridge View 60-12, after going 2-3 in matches and incurring seven forfeits. Reese Berns (115) secured a fall and Mayleigh Medberry (135) won her match by fall in under 30 seconds. The three Warrior losses—by Tori Sylvester (120), Taylor Moser (125) and Kimberly Suhr (130)—all came via fall.

Against Riverside, the Warriors lost 41-24, going 4-1 in matches, but undone by six forfeits. Berns once again earned a fall, this time in 29 seconds, while Sylvester, Suhr and Medberry also achieved wins via fall.

It was a different story in the dual against Spencer, which the Warriors lost 66-6, going 1-4 in matches and giving up 42 points in forfeits. Suhr was the lone winner.

Central also lost to Humboldt 60-12 and Lewis Central 54-12, but stats were not available for these duals.
