The Prairie du Chien/River Ridge/Seneca girls soccer team wrapped up their regular season last week with three matches in four days as the team gets ready for the start of postseason play this Thursday at Mount Horeb.

First up for the Hawks was Dodgeville/Mineral Point last Tuesday, May 27 and the visiting co-op came away with a 3-0 win. This was just the second time this season that the Hawks have been shutout.

PdC traveled to Richland Center two nights later to conclude SWC play for 2025 and the Hawks earned a 4-1 victory. Prairie scored once in the first half to lead 1-0 at halftime before scoring three more times in the second before the Hornets scored a late goal to avoid the shutout. Finally, the Hawks ended the week last Friday, May 30, by hosting the La Crosse Logan/Onalaska Luther co-op for the final game of the regular season.

The Hawks went up 1-0 in the first half thanks to a goal by senior Tessa Czajkowski Higgins. PdC would score twice more in the second half thanks to goals from Czajkowski Higgins and fellow senior Jasmine Olmstead as the Hawks won 3-0 to finish the regular season with an overall record of 6-6-2.
