Johnson receives all-conference honors

Lily Johnson

MFL MarMac junior Lily Johnson has been named second team all-conference in the Upper Iowa Conference large school division for the 2025 volleyball season.

 

Johnson played in 38 matches for the Bulldogs, leading the offense with 216 kills and ranking sixth in the Upper Iowa big division. She was also key defensively, recording 236 digs—second most among MFL MarMac players and seventh in the conference—along with nine blocks. That tied for third most on the team. 

 

Additionally, Johnson was one of the Bulldogs’ top servers, making 272 of 332 attempts for 81.9 percent efficiency. Her 71 aces were most in the UIC big division and set a new school record, breaking Kelly Echard’s previous total of 62 from 1998.
