In non-conference action on Monday, Dec. 15, River Ridge breezed by visiting Wauzeka-Steuben, 77-37.

While the Hornets were limited to 43 total shot attempts, the Timberwolves put up 70 shots, making 28 for a 40% clip. They also made 9-of-29 (31%) from 3-point range and were a near-perfect 12-of-13 (92.3%) from the charity stripe.

Brandon Davis led River Ridge with 16 points on 6-of-16 shooting from the field and 3-of-4 from the free throw line, while also pulling down a team-high 11 rebounds, dishing out a team-high six assists and coming away with a team-high five steals.

Noah Copsey chipped in 14 points, five boards and three assists, while Lane Copsey added 12 points and Reese Drew finished with 11.
