Eli Hanson turned in a fifth-place finish in the 400 meter dash. It was one of multiple top five efforts from the Bulldogs at Postville.

Tate Berns placed eighth in the 100 meter dash at the April 6 Postville Foster-Kiesau Relays. He later ran a personal best time of 26.48 seconds in the 200, and finished 13th in that event.
Ryan Schroeder tied for fifth in the shot put.
In the 3200, Michael White ran a 13:09.61 and finished seventh and Declan Finley came in ninth with a time of 14:01.87.
Judith Elaine Oelke, 83, of Monona, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at Great River Care Center in McGregor. Judith was born Dec. 18, 1939 to Roy and Marvelyn Grove.
McGregor’s Main Street was closed April 3, for the first phase of a long-awaited reconstruction project. In April and May, the road closure will be limited to largely in front of Kwik Star and the riverfront. After that, Main Street will be closed from B Street to the riverfront. There will be no access to McGregor from the north (from Marquette) throughout construction, which is slated to wrap up in November. (Photos by Audrey Posten)
Construction crews arrived in McGregor April 3 and began installing traffic signage and barricades to start the Main Street closure. For safety purposes, crews also began erecting chain link fencing just inside the hand railings on both sides of Main Street from Third Street to the railroad tracks.
