The Prairie du Chien Girls Golf team returned to the Lancaster Country Club last Thursday, Sept. 10 for a quadrangular meet also featuring Lancaster, Southwestern/Benton/Cuba City and Darlington.

Led by a fourth place finish by senior Camryn Knapp with a score of 47, the Hawks tied Southwestern/Benton/Cuba City for second place with a team score of 209. Lancaster won the meet with a score of 186 while Darlington was fourth with a score of 237.

Finishing in a tie for seventh place individually with a score of 53 was Mia Campbell. Teammate Fiona Chen was right behind Campbell in ninth place with a score of 54. Chen was followed by Raegan McClendon in a tie for 10th place with a score of 55 and Stephanie Welter in a tie for 14th place with a score of 56.

The Hawks wrapped up regular season competition this past Monday, Sept. 14 with final SWAL-SWC Meet at Cole Acres Golf & Grill in Cuba City. The team will head back to Cole Acres in Cuba City next Wednesday, Sept 23. for the SWAL-SWC Conference Meet. Tee time is set for 9:00 am.
