Lori A. Fortier, age 61 of Patch Grove, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Soldiers Grove Health Services in Soldiers Grove.

She was born on April 7, 1965, to Edward and Marilee (Bouzek) Millin. She graduated from West Grant High School with the class of 1983. She worked at Novares, formerly known as MPC, in Prairie du Chien for many years until retirement. She enjoyed reading, bowling, playing pool, and watching true crime shows and movies. She also loved the Green Bay Packers.

Lori is survived by her children Joshua Fortier, Brandi (Jason) Byers, and Christopher Fortier; her father, Ed; two brothers, Robert “Bob” and Michael Millin; one sister Regina Adam; four grandchildren Drayden, Emberly, Lillian, and Isabella; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilee and brothers, Lee and Jeffery Millin.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien. Private interment will take place at a later date in the Patch Grove Cemetery in Patch Grove. www.garrityfuneralhome.com
