A pair of Prairie du Chien Girls Golfers concluded their 2025 seasons last Monday, Oct. 06 by competing in the D2 Prairie School Sectional Meet at Meadowbrook Country Club in Racine.

Junior Camryn Knapp finished in a tie with Lakeside Lutheran sophomore Bella Roman for 10th place overall with a score of 94, which was six strokes back of the third and final individual state qualifying spot. 

Senior Elisia Wynos wrapped up her career by finishing in a tie for 25th place with Evansville senior Natalie Harris with a score of 106.

Southwestern/Cuba City/Benton senior Brooklyn Bussan took third overall with a score of 86, while Lancaster senior Lynell Miller finished one spot ahead of Knapp with a 93.

2025 SWAL-SWC conference champion Wisconsin Dells placed second with a team score of 389 to qualify as a team for this week’s state tournament. Edgerton won the sectional meet with a team score of 367.
